Many years ago, I’d checked all the boxes.
So why wasn’t I fulfilled?

At the time, I’d become a successful first-generation college graduate and earned a master’s degree in health systems. I was working for a prestigious company, earning a comfortable income. I was recently married, and we’d just purchased a new home with the thought of getting ready to start a family.

But I knew something was missing. I was noticing that everyone around me was overworked and that I had no real control or impact in my job. And there was this voice whispering to me...

“There’s got to be something more.”

As I explored my feelings around needing more than what was supposed to make me happy, I started taking steps to listen to and reconnect with my inner voice. I took an introductory massage class that awakened a dormant spark in me. I could feel the impact that connecting through touch allowed me to have on others. I followed this path to become a board certified, licensed massage therapist in 1999.

Six years later, I realized working in massage therapy alone limited how I could really impact others. Too many of my massage clients wanted me to temporarily fix their physical problems and yet, I wasn’t able to completely address their core underlying issues. The mind and body are so intertwined that only addressing the physical wasn’t enough. I realized that if I could tie in the emotional perspective by adding coaching to my practice – I could help my clients restore themselves on both emotional and physical levels. With this integrated style of coaching, my clients could finally be empowered to fully transform their lives. Inspired, I worked to become a certified Co-Active Coach in 2005 and officially formed my holistic life coaching practice.

Today, I enjoy integrating the worlds of energy, bodywork and coaching into my work with clients. I’ve also been on my own journey to a more fulfilled, embodied life. It’s one that gets richer the more I give myself permission to reconnect to my inner voice and wholeness,  allowing more joy, ease and meaning in. I’ve had the incredible honor to be a positive, calm and nurturing guide to my clients – helping them to explore their own inherent gifts, forgotten dreams, needs, and energy to create more satisfying, meaningful lives.

As your coach, I’m able to partner with you as you create the life you want, relying on my deep expertise and modalities in coaching, bodywork, and energy.

My greatest joy is supporting your journey - helping you go from that place of "there's got to be something more" to finally feeling joyful, light and at peace.

I believe what you feel in your body is a good indication of your truth. You may have forgotten how to trust what your body is telling you, but I know you are whole and do not need to be “fixed.” You already have the resources within you to connect back to the meaning you’re seeking, to let go of the underlying issues and expectations that weigh on you, and to reimagine the life you deserve. I know firsthand that undertaking these challenges takes courage, permission, and support from an advocate – someone you can trust to guide you in imagining that new path.

I’ve been there and felt both the uncertainty of the path and the necessity of permission. It can be hard to ask for help, but sometimes that’s all you need – a partner for that first step and the right person to walk with you. With all I’ve been through and all I have to give, I’m here to join you on that journey.
