I have a wealth of experience and techniques in the healing arts to help guide you on your path. I offer sessions in person or online. Depending on the type of session and your goals, we can choose from a number of techniques that will best address your needs.
A brief description of some of the healing modalities and techniques that I use in my sessions are below. Sessions may consist of tapping on meridian endpoints on the face, hands and upper body, or I may apply hands-on therapy while you rest comfortably, fully clothed, on a bodywork table.
Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), is a safe and powerful holistic healing technique that has been proven to effectively resolve a range of issues, including stress, anxious feelings, phobias, chronic pain, and limiting beliefs. It is based on the principles of traditional Chinese acupuncture and modern psychology. Tapping with the fingertips on specific acupoints on the body, while focusing on emotions or physical sensations, can help calm the nervous system and restore the body’s balance of energy.
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a natural healing technique that taps into universal healing energy. This energy is applied with the hands by an attuned practitioner, to activate the natural healing process of the client’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being. It is highly effective for reducing stress, tension and pain and for promoting specific healing. Many people experience reiki as being more relaxing than a traditional massage.
Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body’s natural self-curative abilities. When these points are pressed, they release muscular tension and promote the circulation of blood and the body’s life force to aid healing. Acupuncture and acupressure use the same points, but acupuncture employs needles, while acupressure uses gentle but firm hand pressure.
Life Coaches partner with clients to help them discover who they are and what they truly desire, which sometimes can be buried under years of emotional trauma and mental chatter. A coach guides you to reach goals and make changes in all areas of your life. Integrative coaching combines fundamental life coaching with a holistic approach in the areas of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being to enhance your overall quality of life.

I have a large toolbox of additional techniques that I will incorporate into sessions. These can include the use of aromatherapy, sound therapy, meditation, breathing exercises, gentle movements, visualization, Matrix Reimprinting, and many forms of bodywork I have used throughout the years.
